About Sangaree
Sangaree Special Tax District was formed on November 2, 1978. The Sangaree Special Tax District handles the following services: solid waste collection; recreation; and maintenance of streets, drainage ditches and greenways.
Homes were built in sections over the years. The last house to be built was in 2005. A new apartment complex was just completed the fall of 2006.
